Greetings! Please allow me to introduce myself.I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Marywood University. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been working with Forensic Counseling Associates (FCA) for several years. During my tenure I have worked with both adult and adolescent clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, behavior issues, sexual and substance abuse, OCD, anger management, family-based decision making, and victim/trauma counseling.
My sessions include individual and group therapy. My treatment modalities include methods of talk therapy/psychotherapy such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and humanistic therapy routinely utilizing Rogerian techniques which empower the client to take control of their mental health and well-being. I also offer mental health insight for anyone in a business/corporate environment or high stressed environment. Before becoming a therapist, I received an MBA from Wichita State University, worked in “corporate America” for many years, and taught several college-level business courses. The client is always empowered to be the director of their destiny; I am here for guidance and support as needed.
